Holistic Support & Wellbeing in Adelaide
Holistic Support, Wellbeing Coaching & Spiritual Guidance in Adelaide
I am Annabelle Leray, a holistic therapist, wellbeing coach and yoga teacher in Adelaide. I offer a calm, caring space to slow down, feel heard, and reconnect with yourself, through holistic support, Kundalini yoga, meditation, energy healing and spiritual guidance.

A whole-person approach
You are not a problem to be fixed. You are a person to be heard.
So much of modern wellbeing rushes to fix, optimise and push harder. My work moves the other way. Drawing on over two decades of yoga, the Vedanta philosophy I have studied since 2015, and a toolkit that ranges from active listening to breathwork and energy work, I hold a space where body, mind, emotion and soul are met as one. The result is real and lasting: steadier nerves, clearer thinking, and a calm that stays with you.

Ways to work together
From one-to-one guidance to weekly yoga, group circles and workplace programs, every offering shares the same intention: to help you slow down, reconnect and find your footing again.

About Annabelle
From France to Adelaide, a lifetime in practice
Originally from France, I moved to Australia with my family in 2013. I am a certified Hatha and Kundalini Yoga instructor with more than 20 years of personal practice and years of teaching individuals, groups and retreats.
My work is shaped by Jnana Yoga and the Vedanta philosophy, and by a broad toolkit of practical wellbeing approaches, from active listening and EFT to energy work and relaxation. That blend is deliberate: movement to settle the body, wisdom to steady the mind, and deep listening to honour what you carry.

Common questions
A holistic therapist works with the whole person - body, mind, emotion and soul - rather than treating a single symptom in isolation. My approach combines yoga, breathwork, meditation, active listening and practical wellbeing tools. It is supportive, reflective guidance rather than clinical or registered counselling, and it sits alongside (never replaces) any medical or psychological care you receive.
None at all. Most people who come to me are simply tired, stretched thin, or looking to reconnect with themselves. Every session meets you exactly where you are. The practices are gentle, adaptable, and shaped around your needs on the day, whether you have practised for 20 years or never sat on a mat.
I teach Kundalini Yoga in person at Richmond Road Memorial Hall in Westbourne Park, Adelaide, on Wednesday evenings. Holistic support sessions and tarot readings are offered online so you can join from anywhere. Corporate wellbeing programs run on-site at your workplace, and workshops and retreats are held at venues across Adelaide and beyond.
We begin by slowing down. You talk, I listen - genuinely, without judgment or any rush to fix. From there we draw on whatever serves you: breathwork to settle the nervous system, a short meditation, gentle reflection, or practical tools you can use at home. You leave with more calm, more clarity, and a sense of having been truly heard.
