Jnana Yoga: The Path of Self-Inquiry
Jnana Yoga is the yoga of knowledge and self-inquiry. Rooted in the Vedantic, non-dual tradition I have studied since 2015, it invites you to explore the deeper questions of who you truly are, beyond roles, thoughts and conditioning. Through reflection, observation and self-knowledge, Jnana Yoga cultivates real clarity, awareness and inner freedom in everyday life.
Wisdom as a practice, not a theory
Jnana Yoga is one of the classical paths of yoga, and it is the one closest to my heart. Where physical practice works through the body, Jnana works through understanding: gently questioning the assumptions we mistake for truth, and recognising the awareness that is always present beneath them.
This is not abstract philosophy for its own sake. Done well, self-inquiry loosens the grip of anxious, repetitive thinking and brings a profound, grounded steadiness, a sense of meaning that does not depend on circumstances.
Workshops, discussions and retreats
I share these teachings through half-day and full-day workshops, guided discussions, and longer retreat experiences. Each one blends accessible Vedantic teaching with reflection and quiet practice, so the ideas are not just understood but felt.
Retreats and weekend immersions are held at venues in Australia and, at times, further afield in India and Bali. Dates and locations are arranged with each group, so reach out to register your interest.
