Holistic support and guidance is a caring, one-to-one space where you can slow down, feel genuinely heard, and reconnect with yourself. Rather than treating a single symptom, I work with the whole of you - body, mind, emotion and soul - combining active listening, breathwork, mindfulness and practical wellbeing tools so you leave each 60-minute session steadier, clearer and more at peace.
When life asks more of you than you have to give
Most people who come to me are not in crisis. They are simply carrying too much: a demanding job, a life transition, grief that never quite got its moment, or a quiet sense that they have lost touch with themselves. They are coping on the surface and depleted underneath.
This is the work I love most. Together we create room to breathe, to put down the weight for an hour, and to listen to what is really going on, beneath the to-do list and the brave face.
How a session works
We begin slowly. You talk, and I listen the way I was trained to through Carl Rogers' active-listening approach: with full presence, warmth, and no rush to fix or analyse. Being heard like this is, for many people, the rarest and most healing part.
From there we draw on whatever serves you on the day. That might be a few minutes of breathwork to settle an overstimulated nervous system, a short guided meditation, gentle reflection on what you are navigating, or simple, practical tools you can carry into the week ahead.

Holistic Support FAQs
No. This is holistic, reflective support and guidance, not registered counselling or psychotherapy. It works beautifully alongside any clinical care you receive, but it does not replace it. If you are in crisis or need clinical mental-health support, please reach out to your GP or a registered practitioner, and I am glad to work with you in parallel.
There is no set number. Some people come once for a reset; others value a regular monthly rhythm. We start with a single 60-minute session and decide together what feels right from there. There is never any pressure to commit ahead.
